Ginger, sugar, honey and spices give this delicious confection its trademark flavor. Thea has been building decorative, edible Gingerbread houses ever since she was a teenager inspired by Martha Stewart’s ‘Christmas Baking’ book. She has built them up to 5 feet high, and can design them with your family crest, company logo, or any other detailing that you require.
